I've seen this presented as a fail tattoo before, although I think people just don't look at it close enough. At first glance it looks like they forgot the "T"

I've seen this presented as a fail tattoo before, although I think people just don't look at it close enough. At first glance it looks like they forgot the "T" in extreme, but it is there, hidden in the X and the R.

Instead of a Tattoo fail its everyone elses observation fail.
