what are the pros of using it? sorry im new to pretty much everything diy on a car.

Dampening mats cut the resonance you get when the sub kicks in.

Also cuts down on road noise, such as rocks in the fender wells, tires on the road surface, exhaust notes and etc. :tup:

What a country!

Went to the dealer, and they said I had about a 1.5 hr wait to get my coolant filled. The guy proceeded to tell me that it was due for a flush. I looked at him and said, "at 30K miles?!? The manual says 105K." :shakes head: So I went inside to buy some (not the slightest bit interested in waiting and certainly not getting a full flush). After purchase inside I ask one of the service guys if I can borrow a funnel, and the guy responds incredulously that they can't lend tools to customers, as though I'm going to run off with their $0.75 funnel. Said fine, screw you too, and drove back to the office.

I only added a little because I don't want to overfill while it's hot. I will check it again tonight at home when it is on level ground and the engine is cold. Here's my red Solo cup funnel :icon17:

havent read the previous pages since friday..

mr.jar- that coolant is suppose to be chanced at 4yrs? someone mentioned this to me on another thread. my G runs the old green coolant and that was to be replaced every 4yrs and 2yrs after that (drain/fill). i thought the Z's blue coolant lasted much longer. :confused:

can you tell me where the release valve (cap) is located on the Z's hose? :confused: thanks. :)
