Berk Technology is very cool.
I send out a ton of custom-made Christmas cards each year -- friends, family, colleagues and a handful of Z-related vendors from whom I have purchased parts. Today, FedEx delivered a box from Berk Technology (I have their catback on my 370). They sent a shirt, 370Z Hotwheels and a license plate frame. Very cool. |

Honestly, beside those snow-tires questions... the other thing I don't understand is some people bashing on the VDC saying it's useless.. blah... blah... blah..... I understand sometimes it takes away some fun from spirit-driving, but some people in the forums are rookies or non-experienced, should we confuse them with this kind of information....??? It's an active-safety feature prevent the vehicle from losing control.... don't understand why people will say it's not safe.... Next we should tell people: "dude... you better unplug the airbag cos what it only does is to smack your face when you crash..!!" |

i cracked up when one of the detailing gear manufacturers were inviting me all the time to meets saying 'oh, ken, just take a break and come out here, spend a few days at the dragon, etc.' im like yah, new baby, no time... thanks, but no thanks. and a few yrs went buy and when they had a baby they were like 'omg, someone stop the crying' and they shutdown all the meets and pretty much their store. :rofl2: i was like NOW YOU F-KING KNOW! :icon17: ahahaha. but having kids is great. pretty soon i'll be playing these car games with them. they'll be like 'dad, you suck...' :p btw, my detailing gear bottles are all okay. :D thanks for asking. |

i didnt use vdc in the snow at all when i drove my G in the snow with LM60's. i had zero problems in deep snow. i had more issues with vdc on. with rwd, i steer my car with the throttle often. unless im having problems keeping the car to go straight in super slick conditions even with snow tires, i dont use vdc. most of the time it's the poor tire choice people make for the weather/season and just lack of experience and maturity. what i really dont get are people that buy expensive wheels and mod suspension then settle on some shitty tires.. then crash. :icon17: then blame it on vdc-off. it's not the car, it's you. |
