He urged me to keep bugging corporate so I don't think he cares too much about business with that Nissan dealership. They mainly deal with Infiniti, Subaru and some other big names in town anyway. if Nissan as a company wants customers to keep coming back and buying from the, Coorperate BETTER not have a problem with handling what they SHOULD in order to make the customer in focus, happy!. thats the bottomline.

He sounds like a good guy. I don't blame him in not wanting to get involved further but eventually you might need to get him to back you up more.

Tell Corporate that you have contact with this tech and that he will not make a written statement because the dealership won't pay him. Ask Nissan Corporate if paying this guy for his time and a written statement is something they can facilitate (whether paid by them or them telling the dealership to pay).

Town North is full of chumps from my experience...
