It's actually a pretty cool place. The only thing is the neighborhood in general is not that safe sometimes. (and that's irrelevant to culture background of people there)

my G's been running stillen bars the last 8yrs and no issue.

i recommend using LOTS of white lithium grease inside and out of the bushings to prevent noise.
