Dealer just called and told me the Z is ready...!!
 Eventually they replace the rag-top. Also, regarding the rubbing issue, the shop actually put some Teflon tape around the components that rub against the rag-top to reduce friction, hopefully it can solve the rubbing issue. I think not too many roadster has this problem surfaced.. yet, thus Nissan Canada does not know what is the cause of the problem... Anyway, I am going to pick up the Z on Monday, praise for good weather... and hopefully can still motor the Z for another week before going to "sleep mode"....
