was watching this "Speed Science" on Velocity channel last night while laying down, and i gotta say i was pretty impressed. all about racing and the science behind it all.

was watching this "Speed Science" on Velocity channel last night while laying down, and i gotta say i was pretty impressed. all about racing and the science behind it all.
they said on the program (and i found this pretty amazing for some reason) "if a car travels 15 mph...... the amount of force pressing against the car in order to make it stop, its around 30 pounds....... a car traveling at 150 mph, has around 300 pounds of force against it trying to make the car come to a stop" pretty cool when i really listened to what they said
