well you can set up "treat" days........ your body works harder during the week, knowing that its working towards having a "treat".... like around friday or saturday. set one day apart from the rest

BUT the trick is not going OVERBOARD on the treat day, just like 1 thing you really want. "treat"

if you dont fully trust your ability to hold back, just limit yourself. by that i mean as far as "treating" yourself goes, only have 1 out on the table and at your leisure to eat. all other "treats" you make sure you cant get to them. that way, you are forcing yourself to limit
