I was kinda joking around, but on a serious note either an air compressor would work (and they're great for getting inside the window and in the little corners and crevices), or you might look at something like THIS

hahaha that's not very surprising! Yeah the stuff is expensive there, but you might be able to find something similar for a better price. I was more just trying to show you the idea of what you might want
