I thought about putting in boiling water but that will be a challenge to find a tall enough pot for the barrel. I was thinking about wrapping it up and

I thought about putting in boiling water but that will be a challenge to find a tall enough pot for the barrel.
I was thinking about wrapping it up and c how well that would work taking off the cosmoline off the metal parts
