I don't see how this is a proper way to park. The guy deserves to get dinged for parking like a clown. If he can't park like a competent human

I don't see how this is a proper way to park. The guy deserves to get dinged for parking like a clown. If he can't park like a competent human being he can't expect to be treated like one.
