 yeah I work in maintenance so having time where there's nothing to do is a blessing. Then Julio (the other guy) comes in and just start making work. He'll go and start checking things that aren't even our responsibility and be like "oh this needs to be fixed" and "oh, this won't last much longer, we need to replace it" I'm like dude this ain't even our building!
