I had Zero pain. Only discomfort from the contacts they give you, but that's only for the first 5 days. After that it was smooth sailing, but words of advice, use the eye drops OFTEN and wear sunglasses all the time you're outside at least for the first 2 weeks, Even at night. Especially when driving. Other then that bud I hope it goes good for ya.
