He probably has to update to DirectX 9c. Just search up Directx 9.0c in Google and download/install it. After that, I suggest going through Zagg's route and creating an account

He probably has to update to DirectX 9c. Just search up Directx 9.0c in Google and download/install it. After that, I suggest going through Zagg's route and creating an account on Battle.net, log in, and register your CD key so you can download the game client from there as opposed to installing it via CD/DVD.
It would also help if you posted you computer's stats on here.
