stir fry and carmelize the yellow onions in one pan.. adding sugar to carmalize and some soy sauce..
Steam and then sear the broccoli crowns.. some pepper and soy sauce.. Brown and sear the fajita cuts of sirloin... oil and soy sauce.. Mix and let simmer.. It is like candy but in a stir fry... beef, onions, broccoli
