Coconut chicken over spinach salad. Sounds weird but it is delicious. Here's the recipe if you want to try it:
Took 1/2cup of almond flour 1/2cup unsweeten shredded coconut(i used an actual coconut & shredded it there was no unsweeten) 1/4tbs of seasalt mix the 3. Get an organic egg and beat it on the side to be able to bread the chicken. Bake at 385-400°F for about 25-30 min and place over greens like a salad. Enjoy!
