you just changed your arguement from its to save time to.. its almost always to save time..

but its not. 2 out of 3 people here (me and shado vs you) argue that its not. given the size of the sample, we are the majority, until more people chime in.

And i didn't lose authority to do anything. this be the interwebs. Which means unfortunately that there are people like you on here, who just don't understand how things work (such as editing posts)

but its okay, you made a statement, and your sticking by it despite being wrong. Good to stick to you guns sometimes. Good luck with that.
