Whats the most weight you've loss? Since 2002-2009 i lost 70lbs. Went from 240lbs to 165-170lbs. But after getting married i gained back 30lbs. My doctor today said i need

Weight Loss....pictures?
Whats the most weight you've loss? Since 2002-2009 i lost 70lbs. Went from 240lbs to 165-170lbs. But after getting married i gained back 30lbs. My doctor today said i need to lose weight again and join the gym..my blood pressure is really high..188/90...guessing im suppose to be around 120/90 or something? and im on medication now!...This sucks. No more Fried Chicken for me
 Want to be around driving the Z for loooong time! haha. But anyways heres a before picture and after.
