Default Wow what's the deal with that "other" VQ37 forum..

I was browsing through the "other" VQ37 owner forum.. I won't name it but i'm sure you can figure it out on your own..

It blows my mind how many people over there can afford a G37/Z and ask the most ridiculous questions or say the most wrong things. They are like richy ricer fans.. 80% of them are feeding off each other talking about the most trivial things that can be looked up in the manual and the rest are wondering how they can perform burnouts. What? Seriously? Another example "I wanna run 8k rpms, cause I like high revving engines!" Wtf? Yeah it's awesome to go that far past peak performance, AMIRITE?

I'm glad 99% of the people here aren't acting like idiots over here.

Sorry, I had to rant!

The answer to every question about reaching high RPMs is "Buy a rotary". I can imagine all sorts of stupid answers from those kinds of people ranging from "What's a rotary?" to the self defensive "I already put one in, how do I get my engine to use its potential?"

I feel bad for my friends that have to frequent "that" forum and wallow in the "Engine performance/tuning" section and deal with these types of questions..

Another thing someone asked over there was "Why did Nissan not give the G37 more torque but has so much HP?" .. Sigh, I don't even know why people are humoring questions like this.. Someone hand out basic engine powerband mechanics please.

Well, as far as I'm concerned - if you don't have a picture of it you don't own it.
