Why wouldn't you move your car to your house before leaving, or have your wife do it? Seems retarded to leave it at your old apartment complex and not expect them to have it towed.

well, for one, I moved into my house, and deployed within 12 hours of each other.. I could only do so much. secondly they knew I was leaving it there over the winter, as it would need to be jumped and moved.. and my wife works night shift, so she is not awake when everyone else I know who could help is.. and she really isn't car friendly...lol

Meh they usually don't give a sh1t if you're not living their or are trying to get an apt there. 2 years isn't really that much either......

**** happened to me on base once... they said, hey, this is deployed parking..
and they changed it mid deployment, and told no one.. 10 peoples cars got towed
