Most don't, that's something the dealer either throws in for free to seal deals, or charges you on to get bucks. They make their money on parts.

Yeah my dealer wanted to charge me a special dealer rate of $150. I did a quick Internet on my phone search an found them for $99. He couldn't even match them. So my wife ordered them.
