blockbuster is awesome is you have a store in your area... that's the only reason i dropped it, no stores in Minot..

Even though I never find anything on netflix to watch but my kids love it and since it isn't limited to one device we've got it in every room.

The Netflix instant selection is an abomination. I can sift thru that for hrs and not find anything good to watch. Although Apocalypto was on it the other day. I never saw it before and I must say it was fvckin awesome! I could care less if Mel Gibson hates the Jews, he sure can make a good flick.

yea recently they've been adding some bigger films but overall i agree, seems like netflix streaming is where movies too bad for wide release (note: not good independent films) go to die. i saw the troll hunter is up now, i've been hearing rave reviews about it. think i'm gonna check that one out tomorrow, i'll report back

speaking of movies, i got Warrior on blu ray as my last netflix disc rental and we watched it this past weekend. cwis will back me up, it's definitely one of the best movies of the year. the fights were absolutely incredible. the story, while somewhat predictable, was well written and took a few unexpected turns. tom hardy was literally a force of nature in the movie. i can't recommend it enough. it literally is the "Rocky" of MMA movies.

We have blockbuster online exclusively now, I like it much more than netflix, they get the newer movies quicker and there's less of a a delay. I also tried out the netflix online or whatever its called thru the PS3 and that was total sh!t, zero selection of good flicks (although I did see Bronson on there, good fvckin movie), canx that sh!t after my free first month.

i seriously hold it up with rocky as one of the best fighting movies ever (not that there's a lot of them that aren't kung fu movies of some sort). i challenge you not to cry at the end, it's a real gut wrenching, tear jerker...
