Volume is stupid low (haven't tried volume + yet) and wifi connectivity is weak.
I have some time to figure it out but I might exchange for a RAZR. I think it gets the 4.0 update in a month or two.

Yea, if it's not working for you? The Razr should be another good choice and ICS 4.0 will be rolling out to the gingerbread phones soon but in small updates. I would first check that the Razr meets your needs in specs and capabilities, I'm pretty Happy and have no regrets upgrading from a BIONIC
