I can understand not posting pics in some situations, like if the part hasn't arrived yet or if someone's camera is broken, but they should go up eventually. Not posting a price is just wrong. That's when someone's hoping for a bidding war. If you want a bidding war, post it on an auction site, and then you can link that ebay entry on this site for free.

i agree that nost posting a price is bs. But when people say "pm for pics" that means they have pics... they just dont want to put them up. I'm just trying to understand the reasoniing behind it.

Tbh, one reason I could think of is to avoid flames targeting an imperfection of said object/item.

I still think it's a stupid thing to do.
