I actually got a bunch of new workout clothes for christmas... plan on starting back up next week. Goal is to lose 20lbs. Not really a new years resolution.

I kicked off with some hardcore gym time. Just gotta keep pushing myself to do it for at least a month. If I remember right, that's about how long it takes to form a habit.

Yes, I go to a gym.
I have everything I need at home, all kinds of workout stuff; but trying to workout at home gives me too many excuses to avoid doing it.

haha... I know what you mean. I go to the gym in my apartment complex. Surprisingly, they have really good equipment, and everything I need to get a complete workout.

I had a workout gym once. BUT my fiancee made me get rid of some of the equipment. Why you ask, because I did it to the upper living room. No one uses the upstairs living room, so "Why not?" I thought. I got to keep my Reebok elliptical though.

I think I'm going to take-up MMA instead of trying to find a gym. There is an MMA school not far from my job in Tempe.
