Some of the people who are having issues have received their items, but they were damaged. I'm nervous about that too.

Report their asses!

cow 08-11-2009 01:36 PM

Once I've received my product, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

theDreamer 08-11-2009 01:39 PM

See now the problem is they are shipping something, which means they may say, "Well we shipped him the item, so not our fault it is damaged..."

Then, "No refunds..blah blah blah."

cow 08-11-2009 01:43 PM

Yeah. Exactly.

It'll be taken care of, though. The woman sitting directly behind me here at work is an attorney & said she'd help out if necessary.

blue660r01 08-11-2009 01:45 PM

I hear they do that to people all the time with the damaged still saying its not their problem

cow 08-11-2009 01:46 PM

Yeah. If my piece is damaged, it WILL be their problem.

TX_370 08-11-2009 01:47 PM

What did you order?

cow 08-11-2009 02:11 PM

rear diffuser

Caravanshaka 08-11-2009 02:32 PM

get'em cow!

hopefully it will come in undamaged though, just so you don't have to deal with it anymore.

cow 08-11-2009 02:36 PM

I'm hoping, but not optimistic.

TX_370 08-11-2009 02:40 PM

There is always the chance you are bringing yourself down like this only to find out the part has come in undamaged.

I do see your strategy, bring yourself down for disappointment now so you dont have to deal with it later :stirthepot:

Welcome to my world.

underestimating everything brings more happiness with mediocrity

I'm not a "brace for the worse" guy as I agree with the below quote that it leads to happiness with mediocrity. Just, given MG's track record, I won't be surprised if it's screwed.
