I agree, more sleep would be wonderful.

StLRedrider 08-03-2009 09:39 AM

I wish, 10:45 doc appoinment, no z"s for me

xiven 08-03-2009 09:40 AM

where is my rep?

theDreamer 08-03-2009 09:41 AM

:(
I always try to get an extra hour or so of sleep on the weekends, but it never pans out. This weekend I stayed up later than normal and helped someone move Saturday morning, Sunday I got up to wash my car before the sun could kill me.

I would love to have a work day start at 9 or 10 and go a bit later.

XwChriswX 08-03-2009 09:43 AM

Thats right... forgot i was at work, and the block anything resembling any ounce of humor... my bad.

theDreamer 08-03-2009 09:44 AM

Aww, that sucks. Currently we have limited blocks (very minor to almost nothing), but once the new firewall is up we are locking down the internet. Not sure what will be lost yet, but I do partial IT work here so I get some say in what I want to be able to access. ;)

XwChriswX 08-03-2009 09:47 AM

Yeah the network guys always seem to be able to do what they want... No wonder they picked that career field lol. But yeah, our system, I'm surprised I can even get on here and post!

StLRedrider 08-03-2009 09:47 AM

just gave the morning crew all reps:tup:

xiven 08-03-2009 09:50 AM

thanx! repped back!

XwChriswX 08-03-2009 09:53 AM

I would, but I apparently maxed out my Reps for a 24 hr period... fun stuff.

StLRedrider 08-03-2009 09:54 AM

yeah i'm at work so i'll be leaving again in a few mintues. got any jobs today?

xiven 08-03-2009 09:59 AM

So I've noticed that the blind spot isn't all that bad. Backing out of places is a little bit nerve racking but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Cabin road noise is noticable too as many have mentioned but it doesn't really bother me....its easy...just turn the volume up. :) It doesn't matter how far out I park, I always get company. I'm better off just parking with everyone else. The stock stereo I can't complain that much about. I can live it for awhile.

So to all you whiners....:gtfo2:

I am tired of seeing these rep point posts. The true reason for the rep system is to encourage a great thread/find or a very good response. One start abusing the rep system, you can say good bye to the rep system (or 0 rep point for life).

That's an old quote within this thread about 6 months ago. Rep point should be given when you see a really good thread or post etc. "Repped you, rep me" is not why the rep system is here. I turned off "negative rep" few months ago when some members abused it and I would hate turn off the positive rep. It's here to encourage members post more positive and helpful replies/threads. Please be a little more respectful to our rep system.

Thank You.

no, just a doc appointment at 10;45, your story from last night from your job remined me of awhile back with the x. She was a flight attendant for a large airline out of chicago and called me in air one night on her last leg back to o'hara and told me the front gear wasn't going down and they where over the great lake dumping fuel and didn't know what was going to happen. In my mind i'm thinking the worst, she wasn't supposed to be on the phone but at the time who cared. They had to manually lock the gear in place, Triple 7 i think
