Oh man, I have one of "those" instructors. I got my first paper back from a new class. I saw it was a 90%, which is a little low for me. I thought, "wow, i must have made a couple big eff-ups in there." I made one fuckin APA error and I got knocked down 10%. I'm in my last 6 months of college, and I've never had an instructor that anal.

frost 06-15-2009 10:00 PM

Yeah? Spicy? Honey? Whatcha got?

frost 06-15-2009 10:02 PM

I started buying famous daves spevil's spit. I love that stuff. I wanna eat it on cereal.

BanningZ 06-15-2009 10:04 PM

^lol.

I use crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, ground black pepper, mustard flour, chili powder, clover honey, dark molasses, brown sugar, Kosher salt, white and yellow onions, 10 cloves of garlic, olive oiul, and some Jacobs creek Shiraz/cabernet, and a few other extras.

Edit: Also I use apple cider vinegar.

frost 06-15-2009 10:07 PM

10 cloves? How much does that make?

BanningZ 06-15-2009 10:08 PM

Oh I also forgot I use apple cider vinegar.

It makes about 8 quarts

BanningZ 06-15-2009 10:09 PM

But the best part is I boil the Pork spareribs in it for an hour and a half before I throw them on the barbecue on low for 45 minutes.

The whole process takes about four hours.

I have a giant stainless stock pot I use from a U.S.N. kitchen <<<Fcuking awesome piece of cookware.

frost 06-15-2009 10:13 PM

damn, that sounds good. not sure i dont try to make my own

BanningZ 06-15-2009 10:33 PM
