I have mixed feelings regarding the politics section. On one hand, you know what people are going to post in there, so if you get your feelings hurt, who do you really have to blame? Also, this was one of the most mature politics sections I've ever seen on a board, sans the guy who posted the "obama sucks" thread.
On the other hand, I can see wanting to keep everyone from fighting, I would just rather the people stay civil and mature, as opposed to having to lose the freedom of doing it.

I love stirring the pot but honestly there are a lot better places to do it.

I hate censorship, but this is a privately owned website, that is funded by private donations and vendors. If it were publicly funded somehow, I'd call BS but we've all agreed to the rules and what AK say, goes.

One person's debate is another persons personal attack. Not everyone can maturely handle debate, especially when the debate is on agenda. There is no real answer to agendas, only two or more sides.

I know, I know, but if you can't handle debate, why go into a politics board?

Well I didn't have any problem debating politics, my view may not always be agreeable, but I never had a problem expressing it.
