Drinking an interesting Shiraz Cabernet from Australia. a Wolf Blass 2006. Has a strong alcohol taste initially, and then it becomes very light tasting, and leaves a citrusy tang after wards.

Easy four legs. Very dark with a smell of current or something almost nutmegy

Nice wine for a lower tier price.
Normally the darker the wine, the less I almost seem to like it. Not sure if one correlates with the other, just how it seems to work out.

On the white wine side, I recently discovered my taste for riesling. A wine that can be priced very well, but an awesome alternative to the "standard" Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

Default How to call the police when your old and don't move quickly anymore

George Phillips , an elderly man, from Meridian, Mississippi, was going up to bed, when his wife told him that he'd left the light on in the garden shed, which she could see from the bedroom window. George opened the back door to go turn off the light, but saw that there were people in the shed stealing things.
He phoned the police, who asked "Is someone in your house?"
He said "No," but some people are breaking into my garden shed and stealing from me.
Then the police dispatcher said "All patrols are busy. You should lock your doors and an officer will be along when one is available."
George said, "Okay."
He hung up the phone and counted to 30.
Then he phoned the police again.

"Hello, I just called you a few seconds ago because there were people stealing things from my shed.. Well, you don't have to worry about them now because I just shot them.." and he hung up.

Within five minutes, six Police Cars, a SWAT Team, a Helicopter, two Fire Trucks, a Paramedic, and an Ambulance showed up at the Phillips' residence, and caught the burglars red-handed.
One of the Policemen said to George, "I thought you said that you'd shot them!"
George said, "I thought you said there was nobody available!"

That is awesome! I'll have to remember this. Mind you, I'd have actually shot them.

my kitchen and bathroom faucets are lifetime warranty...and i need to change out the main valve on the bathroom one. but i need the receipt to prove i bought it with the store.

I found the receipt, dated June '98.........hahahahahaha......

i'll be back, gotta go get that part.

it's a mixing valve, my faucets are single handle ones....so this valve opens a bit of cold water and warm water to whatever temp i want....not really feel like buying it..

So, my wife and I just conducted an insurance review with our agent, and we got to the question of whether or not we wanted to pay for extra firearms coverage. Of course, in order to have this discussion, he had to display the sum total value of all my guns, which until this point the wife had no clue about. Boy, that was an uncomfortable moment. You should've seen the glare she gave me. lol

If you guys never hear from me again after today, chances are she shot me.
