no, but there were people in the water. i couldn't tell if they had wet suits on or not. you'd be fine for a few minutes, the dogs were in the water for an hour. one of our dogs was drinking the salt water like crazy, we tried yelling at him to stop, but he refused. later he was puking and crapping at the same time, it was hilarious, until we realized we had an hour drive back home......

lol You guys don't know heat... It doesn't drop below 100*F here until Midnight, and highs during the day are anywhere between 110-120*F. FUN STUFF... reminds me of Iraq.

hey thanks! it was one of the best decisions that i ever made. i got an education, gi bill, saw the world and set me on a path to where i am today. i'm glad i got out but loved my time in.

nothing too crazy, all over japan, korea, and malaysia. my wife lived in spain for a year and speaks fluent spanish i want to take her to japan and show her around and she wants to do the same in spain. of course that required time off work work and finding a dog sitter for 3 dogs and a parrot, but one day.......

I'm ATC for the FAA now. I was in the OSS with intel and atc, so i had lots of atcer friends. when i got out my old roomate was a controller at boston logan and told me i should get an aviation degree and get in. so that's what i did.

Yeah, thats about the only close civillian related job I could put my job experience towards... Which wouldn't be too bad, but I know the schedules are rough...

yeah they are grinding for sure, and they take more of a toll on you as you get older, i'm 34 now. some days i only get 8 hours and 10 minutes off between shifts. by the time i get home, and get to sleep and then turn and burn i may be lucky to get 5 hours of sleep, and that's the very best scenario.

this is probably going to sound like the dumbest question ever but oh well here it goes. Are birds soft when you touch them or like coarse? I've never touched a bird before and I can't tell from pics, I feel it could go either way.

he is also very sweet, he says "good morning" "have a good bird day" (when i'm leaving) "you're a good bird" "hi sweetie" on and on, it does get irritating some days though.
