Thanks red, I never got into mountain biking (mostly because I have always wanted to a triathlon), and the head of our company got me back into my routine a year ago so he lead me towards road bikes.

there are tons of people around me that ride on the street, i just never got into it. i ride around my block, but not to often.what kills me is there is a perfectly good sidewalk there and they insist on riding in a lane, i think the sidewalk would be a hell of alot safer, especially when you got all the idiots that are out there drivng

Yeah, we have retards who die here ever year because they decide to go hiking when its 117 out. Sadly, most of the time they are locals.

i could only imagine, i actually went out to the park last week when it was around 96/97. it kept all the walkers and other crazies at home. 95% of the people out where i go can't speak english so when you come up on them it sometimes gets dangerous
