ya, I played softball again for the first time in a year...I sucked for the first 30 mins, but got used to it again the last 2/3's of practice.

Always feels good after you work out!

Yeah, I can already tell I'm gonna be suffering

theDreamer 08-19-2009 09:13 PM

I begin my marathon training next week. :(
It will suck the first two weeks, but after that it will be like sleeping.

frost 08-19-2009 09:14 PM

How long has been since you ran? Running is so frustrating to me, because of how fast you can lose it.

Caravanshaka 08-19-2009 09:15 PM

ya, I can't handle running. I prefer biking, or sports.

theDreamer 08-19-2009 09:16 PM

Been about two weeks since I last ran, but it has been a good four months since I was really in any normal routine. I normally run three days and bike one or two, ultimate goal is to complete a triathlon but one step at a time. Did 22 out of 26.2 miles in my first marathon in January and plan on completing it this next January with another one two months after to keep myself motivated.

theDreamer 08-19-2009 09:17 PM

Since I was four I have always been a runner, played soccer since I was five until I was almost 17. During middle school and some of high school I ran cross country, after high school I slowed down and about a year ago I started running again with some help.

StLRedrider 08-19-2009 09:17 PM

dreamer or me? i run everyday and sometimes bike too, usually run in the morning and bike at night when all the hot chicks get off work and head out to the park to rollerblade. Since my grandfather is back in the hospital i kinda screwed up my routine, i'm going to hit it hard in the morning.

nogoodname 08-19-2009 09:18 PM

biking is much better...lol...running is gets you mad tired.

i used to be able to do 20+km in 12 mins on a bike. set the timer and bam..off
keeping my heart at 140+ bpm :ugh2:

Caravanshaka 08-19-2009 09:20 PM

I used to be able to run to my mailbox and back!!
