frost 05-30-2009 10:23 PM

wazzup dreamer.
Guess 5,000 will be a bigger deal anyway.

nogoodname 05-30-2009 10:24 PM

~125 posts til 4000 for me

theDreamer 05-30-2009 10:24 PM

5,000 will be a nice count down, but when we hit 10,000 I hope to be around for that party.
Rehearsal dinner is done for the night, only drank a little wine, now just a short wedding ceremony and a nice full night of free drinks. Now to just make sure I do not have to drive home though.

frost 05-30-2009 10:25 PM

You the one getting married? Or is it a friend/family member?

I'm getting married in your country in around, 55-ish days.

theDreamer 05-30-2009 10:31 PM

No, thank god I am not getting married, is a friend who I have know since middle school. I am trying to hold off on the marriage stuff until I get out of college, which is working as I am currently single but with a new car I seem to be attracting some new attention.

Geez, I was not ready for Friday night. We get in the limo to head to dinner, and no more than five minutes into the ride they open the bottle of Patron and in 10 minutes (among seven guys) we finish the bottle. Three shots each plus a little extra since we really did not have shot glasses.

Oh, and just for fun we had the limo driver pick up another bottle of Patron while we ate for when we rode to the pub.

Exactly, hence why I was not ready. I prefer sitting and enjoying a drink over a period of time, unless it was a long day at work and then it might be 2-3 drinks over the same period of time.

frost 05-30-2009 10:40 PM

I don't drink too much. I've had a couple shots of jager about an hour ago, but the redbull offset it.

theDreamer 05-30-2009 10:42 PM

Well, I think this may do it for me tonight, need some sleep so I can enjoy the wedding tomorrow.

frost 05-30-2009 10:43 PM

^ try and talk him out of it! Cheers mate.

nogoodname 05-30-2009 10:44 PM

energy drinks will give you kidney stones

frost 05-30-2009 10:47 PM

Eh, what won't eff you up these days. I went for a couple years being a real health nut, and at some point I realized I would rather be happy with average health than miserable with good health. Life is a one lap race, get the most out of it.

frost 05-30-2009 10:51 PM

a guy named initialgemini has like, 72 posts, and I've never seen him before. It's weird. It's like, how do you get to 72 posts without me ever seeing you? My fingers are in all the pies.

nogoodname 05-30-2009 10:54 PM

true, how do i not know that member either....lol

frost 05-30-2009 10:55 PM

rofl. he has a picture of a seal (i think), so he stood out pretty good.

nogoodname 05-30-2009 10:56 PM

i don't remember any seal pics...........

frost 05-30-2009 10:57 PM

He posted in the "Hello from a newly grad" thread.
On another note, the OP of that thread threw in a "sarcastic smiley" in a weird place, I didn't get it.

nogoodname 05-30-2009 11:01 PM

i gotta check that

nogoodname 05-30-2009 11:03 PM

that was weird

nogoodname 05-30-2009 11:05 PM

check my post.............it's a bizarre thing

frost 05-30-2009 11:07 PM

^ I need to a picture to get it. I can't picture that in my head.
On another note, I feel like an ******* because I'm the only one who doesnt seem to give a **** some punk street racer killed himself. Good riddance douche, glad you didn't take anyone with you.

nogoodname 05-30-2009 11:13 PM

it's a towing truck with a totaled car on the bed with a mini Billboard of the guy's driver licence on the top..

nogoodname 05-30-2009 11:17 PM

i'm off now...need to sleep b/c for some reason i get up at 8am every morning and i'm not able to sleep in after.....just recently

frost 05-30-2009 11:17 PM

Ohhh, I got you now. I guess. Doesn't seem like it would work, but I'm all for trying. I teach a diver safety class every other week, so I know what an important topic it is.
