Similar situation happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Some guy was parked in fron of my neighbors house. I guess he was doing some work for him. I roll into my drive way as he is staring me down. He finishes putting a handful of stuff into the trunk of his 1980s Ford thunderbird. I proceed to get the mail as I always do. He yells out "nice car." Immediately followed by, "no way it will keep up with me though!" I just said, probably not" and continue walking back inside. The best part being when he starts his rust bucket. It makes a loud pop (backfire) as he drives off.
I probably would have given the miss america wave to him if I was not standing in front of my house.
