Ferrari guy smacks a cab driver around makes him cry

I hate to make a judgement call on things like this because of the small time snippet the filming actually lasted……….. But the film showed some very bad behavior from the jerk in the Ferrari due to the cabby being pretty docile.

What if prior to the film clip the cabby was in the guys face?….. just saying it's easy to judge wrongly when not all the facts are available.
