Ferrari guy smacks a cab driver around makes him cry

I'd probably feel like smacking someone who ran into my car too, but Ferrari Guy is a punk-a** beeyatch for the way he did it. Probably a trust fund recipient who didn't work for his money and likes to bully people. It looks like he went back and smacked the cabbie a couple of times. I'd wager even with a weasel lawyer he's going to learn a lesson.
And what's with everybody with a cell phone camera these days standing around and filming things like this ? Why didn't one of them put their stupid phone down and go over and tell Ferrari punk to back off and wait for the cops.
