I think the picture of them drinking was a significant one. |

Drunk and speeding (0.196/140 MPH). Too bad the jackass had to take an innocent life with him.

EDIT: IBTL |
I think its safe to assume the passenger got into the car knowing Dunn had been drinking, never the less, a tragedy.

case and point, notice the skid marks on the road where he crashed. Dunn's are on the right, and to the left of his are skid marks of an obvious 18 wheeler, how do you know that it was even his fault he went off the highway... i know he was twice over the limit, but the limit is 2 beers, unless you drink once a year 2 beers won't even get you tipsy. and what twice the limit is 4 beers, WOW I DONT KNOW HOW IM GONNA DRIVE IM SO DRUNK AFTER 4 BEERS DUDE

People where at the crash site taking peices of the car to sell on E-Bay. Thats kind of messed up.
|
Noone knows and we more than likely won't ever know if he was drunk at the time. It would be safe to say he had at least a couple beers but that doesn't affect someone like him who has a stupid high tolerance. TBH if he was doing 130 in his GT3 then he should've been in the left lane where semi's typically stay away from. In this case it looks like he was in the right lane and the truck was getting into the right lane and he slammed on the brakes and tried to get on the on-ramp to avoid it but missed horribly. This is just what I took from skid marks.

Crazy pics. If it was not for the wheels you would not even be able to tell it was a car.

who says those other tire marks are new, maybe they are old?
he posted pics just before the accident of him drinking... regardless of his level of inebriation... he got behind the wheel of a high power car, without being in full control of his own actions... THAT alone makes him responsible 100% |
So it seems that he liked to drive his car as if he was on the track, and that he had already walked away for quite a few accidents.
Even him mom said "He'll never learn his lesson" Add in the alcohol and you have a recipe for disaster, looks like nobody close to him was that surprised. Ryan Dunn -- Bam Margera's Morbid Death Prediction | TMZ.com |

Toxik, I don't think that anyone here will disagree that this is a tragic end. The world lost an entertainer.
The behavior that led up to his crash is reprehensible, but you're right, the story is tragic regardless. |

Obviously he has a history of being a reckless and irresponsible driver. It finally caught up to him. Add in the alcohol and you have a dead Dunn. |

Ryan Dunn apologists can make all the rationalizations they want, and try to second-guess professional accident reconstructionists based on a couple of internet photographs, but it won't wash. Negligence, stupidity, arrogance. Motor vehicle homicide. |
