I also work gov but only get reimbursed for after-hours driving emergencies and stuff. I've considered asking for a car allowance or a company car but not sure how to justify it.
Hell, I may just have them reduce my pay by 400/mo and make that a car allowance so at least I pay less tax on the money I would spend on my car payment. Does that make any sense? lol
