I was for a while. I had a fully upgraded (with Integy ) Traxxas Rustler VXL. It was fun but the local track moved too far away so I sold everything.

I have a TMaxx that I take out for a lil here and there on the weekends. I spent money like you on some aluminum part's and will never do it again unless it's for show. You crash the dam thing and your replacing more then you would if you left it plastic. And... it's cheaper. Love your setup, looks pricey.

Yeah, I only mess around with it here and there also. It's a long story, but I had broken my jaw about a month a half ago (mouth wired shut) and was stuck at home for over 4 weeks. Got bored and thats when I decided to buy most of the metal pieces. I spent way too much and probably should have saved it toward mods for the Z...oh well. Between this hobby and photography, I'd have a really sick setup by now if I controlled myself.

Nice, I have a 1/16th Mini E-Revo, which I love. But I haven't upgraded the components to aluminum or anything. But I have put on some heat-sinks, and brushless motor fan to help cool it better, and changed the gears to hit 55mph. It's a blast.

Beautiful photo, and Car. Looks amazing.
