the newer ones, there were too many characters that it was hard for me to follow

Lightsaber + Force TK = area effect weapon.

That's open to interpretation. In Generations, Tri-lithium was a banned substance in the Federation, Klingon, and Romulan Empire. In Voyager, Voyager used tri-lithium energy sources.

Also, fun fact: Klingon is apparently in the dictionary, but Romulan is not lol

That's exactly why I find it strange that Romulan is not in the dictionary, but Klingon is. And by dictionary, I mean whatever the internet uses for spell check.
