You can't. Only certain race cups in past GT games gave you the prizes repeatedly, and they weren't utnil much later in the games. You do get the 86 proto

You can't. Only certain race cups in past GT games gave you the prizes repeatedly, and they weren't utnil much later in the games. You do get the 86 proto as a prize twice early on though from two separate events. One is 2009 and the other is 2010
