All-in-all, I've spend around $100 for the materials minus the wheel. The G27 cost me $200 and the seats are from my '97 Eclipse. I had bought a leather interior for my Spyder 5 years ago and I kept the old seats. I'm so glad I did!
The materials consist of 2x4's, 1 sheet of 1/2" plywood, and 2 2x4' sheets of MDF and various bolts and screws. It should be quite sturdy. I should be ready for GT5 Spec II!!!
