So lately at jiu jitsu my ribs have been really sore. So today I'm under the Z and I feel some pain. I stand up and sort of press around

Yep. Broke My Rib.
So lately at jiu jitsu my ribs have been really sore. So today I'm under the Z and I feel some pain. I stand up and sort of press around on my ribs trying to find the source and then I hear it. Sounded like a tree limb snapping. I literally broke my rib. So now it hurts to breathe or laugh or sneeze. PM me if you want my address to send donations. LOL.
