Does the use of the word "sick" make you sick?

So, has the use of the word "sick" been played out? Is it starting to make you sick?

Example: "Wow, Joe! That new spoiler looks sick!!"

Personally, I think that sweaty, fuzzy booted girls are sick in the hot sun, but you have to wonder if I mean "awesome" or "gank nasty."

Poll added people....and those fuzzy booty chicks weren't sweaty at first but after about 5 minutes in the sun....oh yeah....drippin' wet!
