Wöhr Multiparker - The future of parking is here!
I just received this via email from one of my friend. It's pretty dam cool: check it out: Wöhr Parking Systems - Wöhr Multiparker 730 - Budapest, Hungary
Looks like many popular cities in Europe adapting this new technology: Wöhr Autopark-Systeme - Projekte I wonder if cities like Manhattan or other busy cities in US will adapt something like this?

I imagine the maintenance required to keep this running smoothly is pretty grand.
The demo video definitely makes SUVs and Trucks look excluded, but if anything like this is built for America, the compartments are going to be larger for sure. I certainly wouldn't mind having these in big cities, where parking on the street is basically rolling the dice on whether or not your car survives the day. On a side note, that woman had one intense look on her face lol. |
