I live in Los Angeles where money and ignorance are not always far apart.
Heres a fail short story... I was at my exhaust guys shop getting the cats removed from my IS. A young persian guy walks in wearing Armani exchange and asks my exhaust guy "Eh hello I uh eh have eh teh BRAND NEW mercedes SL65 and I vass vonder if you could make sound like G37 for eh verrrrry good price?". My exhaust guy isn't a huge or high quality shop his prices are decent, all I let him do is readjust hangers and remove cats/resonators. It isn't uncommon out here for tasteless idiots to be behind the wheel of nice cars.

Edit: Also, the rice scene EXPLODED here after the Fast and the furious came out. Those are just the left over cars people destroyed.
