From my point of view, it shouldn’t be anyone’s fault. But according to LASD, it was the Porsche’s fault. Basically, all the lights (left turns) are unprotected in LA. So, when both cars chose to run the yellow(the one going straight and the one turning left)-impact. I try not to run yellows because of this exact reason. It’s a very intimidating situation, especially in LA traffic. Driving ‘incidents’ ruin almost every day of my life.
