i believe in other countries, like japan, you can't just go get whatever displacement size you want. you have to be tested in order to get a 125, 250, 400

i believe in other countries, like japan, you can't just go get whatever displacement size you want. you have to be tested in order to get a 125, 250, 400 etc. I think its smarter, that way some kid with a couple grand can't just get himself a huge sport bike and get killed in a day.
Its good that you are starting with a smaller bike. |
