I also happen to love authentic "southwest" and "Tex-mex" cooking, and I think you probably have a lock on that as well :yum:

When I got to number one, I was starting to sweat.

We do have a lock on the mexican food. And we do have a couple good sushi places, but the one that was close to me closed down several months ago.

I have Crohns so alcohol is off-limits. Same with coffee, unfortunately. I miss it a whole lot.

Tea is okay though, so as far as a suggestion to throw in the mix:

Rooibos Tea

Also considering I do a lot of writing:

Sailor 1911 Large Fountain Pen - Levenger

It is, thankfully. I have a very minor case compared to what I've seen/read about. I'm hoping it stays that way.

Thanks though!

Glad to hear that. For some reason I seem to have encountered a lot of Crohns in the last few years. Two of my employees had it, one a minor case and the other very severe ......... differences between the two were night and day. My ex girlfriend, who I am still close with, was also diagnosed about a year ago with a minor case. Keep it under control so you can continue to enjoy that Z :ugh2:

Sorry to hear, although glad it's manageable. My friend has a zero caffeine intake issue, so he buys tea as well. He gets it from
The Republic of Tea - Leading Purveyor of Premium Teas

I'm not much into teas, so I'm not sure if these are good or not.

Great pen by the way.

No, it's the sailor 1911 tin was mentioning. The Mont Blanc is obviously a very popular choice since they are so well known.

LOL, now I didn't mean it has the original roller ball refill, that gets changed out every few months. In all honesty, even though it's 20 years old, I think the design is identical to the one they sell today.
